建立以乙醇为有机相的液相色谱法结合一测多评测定虾油调味料中5种偶氮类合成色素。考察乙醇作为有机相时对5种偶氮类色素的分离能力,样品经固相萃取柱富集净化后,根据不同色素的特征吸收波长确定分析条件,外标法定量。结果显示:一测多评法结合乙醇替代甲醇作为液相色谱法中的有机相能快速、准确分析5种偶氮类合成色素;在0~10μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,定量限为0.5 mg/kg,回收率为76.0%~89.1%,精密度1.2%~3.9%;四种偶氮类色素的校正因子分别为f柠檬黄/诱惑红=1.5566、f新红/诱惑红=1.1042、f苋菜红/诱惑红=0.7058、f日落黄/诱惑红=0.4828;四种偶氮类色素的定位分别为t柠檬黄/诱惑红=8.158、t新红/诱惑红=5.678、t苋菜红/诱惑红=4.544、t日落黄/诱惑红=1.081。因此,该方法经济、环境兼容性好、操作简便、灵敏度高,适合虾油中5种偶氮类合成色素的检测。
Abstract:A liquid chromatography method using ethanol as the organic phase combined with quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS) was established,for the simultaneous determination of five synthetic azo pigments in shrimp oil seasoning. The separation efficiency of ethanol as an organic phase for five azo pigments was evaluated. Following sample enrichment and purification using solid-phase extraction(SPE),analytical conditions were determined based on the absorption wavelengths of each pigment. The method was quantified by the external standard method(ESM). The Results showed that the QAMS method,utilizing ethanol rather than methanol,provided rapid and accurate analysis of the five pigments. In the concentration range of 0~10 μg/mL,the method demonstrated excellent linearity,a limit of quantitation(LOQ) of 0.5 mg/kg,a recovery of 76.0%~89.1%,and a precision of 1.2%~3.9%. The correction factors of four azo pigments were flemon yellow/allure red =1.5566,fnew red/allure red =1.1042,famaranth red/allure red =0.7058 and fsunset yellow/allure red = 0.4828,respectively. The positions of the four azo pigments were tlemon yellow/allure red =8.158,tnew red/allure red =5.678,tamaranth red/allure red =4.544,tsunset yellow/allure red =1.081. In conclusion,this method was economical,environmentally compatible,simple,and sensitive,making it suitable for the detection of azo synthetic pigments in shrimp oil.
