我国食品行业应用HACCP体系管理的现状和对策

摘要:

对国际上广泛认可和应用的HACCP管理体系在国际、国内的应用现状和我国食品企业应用HACCP体系的主要特点进行了详细阐述,并对我国食品行业引入HACCP管理二十多年来存在的社会公众认知度不够、食品行业推广面不够大、认证企业受益性不显著等问题产生的原因进行了深入分析,并提出了初步解决方案和改进办法,对HACCP管理体系的认证推广和提高食品安全监管具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

In this paper,the wide recognition and application of HACCP management system in the world in the international,domestic application situation and application of HACCP system in food enterprises in China,this paper expounds in detail the main feature for the food industry in China to introduce HACCP management for more than 20 years of the social public awareness is not enough,the food industry promotion is not enough,authentication enterprise benefit significantly carried on the thorough analysis of the causes of the problems such as,and put forward a preliminary solution and improvement measures,the HACCP management system certification to promote and improve food safety regulation has certain guiding significance.
