基于QuEChERS前处理技术快速测定牛奶中硫氰酸钠的含量

摘要:

建立了牛奶中硫氰酸钠的QuEChERS-HPLC快速检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,QuEChERS吸附剂净化,然后8000r/min离心5min,上清液过膜,以高效液相色谱仪测定。结果表明:在浓度1~20μg/m L,线性关系良好。加标回收率在83.0%~103.5%,精密度为1.87%,方法检出限为0.05mg/kg。该方法操作简便,快速灵敏,适用于牛奶中硫氰酸钠的快速检测和日常监控。

Abstract:

This paper established a Qu ECh ERS-HPLC rapid detection method of sodium thiocyanate in milk. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile and cleaned up by Qu ECh ERS adsorbent. Then centrifuged and filtered for HPLC analysis. The results showed that the measured absorbance has a good linear relationship when the concentration is 1 ~ 20μg/m L. The recovery rate was 83.0% ~ 103.5%. The precision was 1.87%. The detection limit was 0.05mg/kg. The method is simple,rapid and sensitive. It is suitable for the rapid detection and daily monitoring of sodium thiocyanate in milk.
